Business Protector - Asset Transfer Strategies

The Business Protector involves the transfer of assets from a trading company or trading trust to a special purpose asset protection company owned by a Leading Member/Family Protection Trust and then leased/licensed back to the trading entity. 

In this session James Meli and Grant Abbott from Abbott & Mourly Lawyers, one of Australia's top taxation lawyers, will look at the tax and duty issues in the transfer and minimising tax using CGT restructuring or small business CGT exemptions. In addition we will look at the best business and asset protection structure for a small and medium enterprise.
