Out Strategist members have access to Surge which is a direct line into LY Legal where your legal questions are answered for you.  Other firms charge $3,000 per annum and more for email access - with Surge you have direct access to legal support with Tony Anamourlis - head partner at LY Legal, reviewing all queries.  If a query needs escalation in terms of documentation such as a deed of rectification or lost deed then a quote will be provided witih a turnaround time.  For more detailed matters a legal costs agreement will be sent out to the adviser or the client.
